How to Become a Supplier to Tenneco

Prior to starting your registration, it may be helpful to gather the following information so that you have it available:

Regional corporate location's address, phone number, and web address Manufacturing location’s address, phone number, and web address Tax ID Number DUNS Number (if your company does not have one, contact your Tenneco buyer) Raw Material and/or Production Goods Suppliers: Primay quote,PPAP, and quality contact's names, phone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses Services and/or Supplies (logistics carriers, gloves, tooling, etc.) Suppliers: Primary quote contact’s name, phone and fax numbers, and email address Quality certificate(s) for the manufacturing location you are registering and their effective and expiration dates. (All certificates must contain the manufacturing location address on the certificate.) Minority certificate (if applicable) and the expiration date The names and locations of all your company’s manufacturing facilities which currently supply Tenneco (if applicable)

Please be prepared to send electronically to the Tenneco buyer the following documents:

All quality certificates pertaining to the manufacturing location being registered Minority certificate, if applicable (for suppliers to North America only) Completed W-9 Form (for suppliers located in the US only) Completed Supplier Contact Information Form (for suppliers to North America only; form will be provided by Tenneco when required) Completed Remittance Detail Form (for suppliers to North America only; form will be provided by Tenneco when required) Permit to operate(for suppliers located in India)

After Tenneco has received your registration, it will be reviewed by the Global Supply Chain Management team. Following an acceptable review, you will be allowed to quote for new business and a user ID and password for the Tenneco TITAN system will be issued to the quote contact entered on this registration. If you’re eligible to be awarded new business and will be supplying Tenneco with productive parts, two additional user ID’s and passwords will be issued. One to the PPAP coordinator contact entered for access for submission of PPAP documents and one to the quality contact for access to Tenneco’s eMRR system for quality non-conformances. Suppliers are to share their user ID’s with others within their company that require access to submit bids, PPAP documents, or respond to eMRR non-conformances.
